This blog is a day-by-day record of observations of a public Planning Inquiry being held in Buckfastleigh, Devon with reference to an application for proposed development of Whitecleave Quarry in Buckfastleigh. The application was turned down by Devon County Council. This decision is being appealed by the applicants, MVV & Gilpin Demolition (the appellants).
The intention of this blog is to provide a place for those people interested in the inquiry to read about the proceedings because not everyone is able to attend in person. It’s not a formal or legal record.
